Philips to launch 392

Philips just recently announced that another mobile phone will be coming out of their works some time from now. The Philips 392 looks promising on the screen and brochures. Boasting an assortment of advanced features, as well as one of the sleekest outer designs ever, the Philips 392 will be one of the most awaited mobile phones of this year.
Undeniably, Philips has been slugging it out with mobile communications giants Nokia, Samsung and Motorola. Remarkably, Philips has done well despite the fact that Nokia remains to be at the peak of the pyramid. With a mobile phone creating a lot of hype among consumers and players in the mobile communications industry, it will be understandable that quite a number of people will be expecting a lot from the Philips 392.
The Philips 392 seems to be gearing to the music slash movie phone market as well, which is visibly dominated by Sony Ericsson and Apple. Now this move is quite ambitious, but nevertheless an attainable goal for Philips. One might consider the Philips 392 as the company’s baptism of fire. Whether the Philips 392 can take the heat or get scorched in the flames is anyone’s guess as of this moment.

Believable?

For those who are wondering if you are likely to get blitzed by lightning while using your cell phone, well, that really depends on the circumstances around. If you are standing under a lone tree in the middle of a field, there's a huge chance that the tree will taste the wrath of Zeus. But if you think cell phone is main factor of getting toasted by a lightning bolt, then it has to be the dumbest thing I have ever heard.
Someone once told me that there is a high probability that a person using a mobile phone will be struck by lightning because the gadget attracts the thing. Even with the advent of internal cell phone antenna, you will get struck if you're not careful with that handy phone in the middle of a lightning storm.
Well, it does not take a scientist to know that this rumor is, well, just a rumor. Instead of listening to such follies, get you mobile phone some TLC with some cell phone batteries, cell phone cases and cell phone covers. You're better off that way.

Text Language: Just Pondering

When was the last time you wrote someone a letter and send it through air mail? Probably, nine or ten years ago. But whatever the case, the fact is times have changed and communications technology advanced so fast that we are maybe in for a rut. Barely five years ago when a new breed of mobile phone surfaced and took dethroned the non-camera phones from the display shelf. New mobile phone accessories and new cell phone cases have emerged. New language. Yep, new language.
We never saw language evolved in so radical ways that it appalled language purists and enthralled most language experts at the same time. In so many ways we see how languages around the world have been modified to fit the cellular method of communication. Basically, almost all people who ever owned a mobile phone have refrained from the use of written language conventions and either copied or come up with their own style of writing text messages.
Whether we are on the brink of language extinction or the evolution of a new one, we'll just have to wait and see, won't we?

On iPod and Individuality

In a world where what you see matters a lot to some (or most) people, we do have this innate need to stand out. Deep within the recesses of our minds, we want to assert our individuality. And it does boil down to what the eyes can actually take a look. Say the clothes we wear or the hair we sport around. Even the gadgets we so love to carry around with us are not exempted to this instinct.

The IPod, considered by many music buffs as the greatest thing to happen since the CD, can be enhanced aesthetically. With an array of accessories to choose from, the average individual can easily pimp his or her sound (get what I mean?). IPod accessories such as the speakers and sound system and the protective covers will speak out for you. Just fire away with the selection and choose the color and the style that sends out the real YOU!

Let's face it, we do want everybody to hear the songs we have on our IPod playlist (come on, you did dance to Boy George's "Karma Chameleon", don't you?). If you agree then it's best that you opt for the best speakers that say your style. If you are one of the Emo's or a member of the Gothic Revolution, then go black with your IPod portable speakers and while your at it, increase the intensity by going dark with the other IPod accessories like black-themed iPod cases. Nothing is more Gothic than black, I tell you.

Say you are a minimalist with a penchant for simplicity, then go micro. Tiny soundbox for IPod with a boom will surely say that you want superb performance but not flashy. You opting for this kind of setup? Then go white. One good reason: it's nice to the eyes. Now that's simplicity!

There are many ways people can express themselves. That depends on the individual himself. But for your IPod, nothing comes close to choosing the right accessories.
